Terri’s mother, Jill, passed away this week. As the matriarch of the family, she leaves an enduring legacy that extends generations.
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
My hope is that you, too, will leave a legacy through running your ethical business. While your efforts may go unrecognized in this world, I know that people are blessed by them.
Sometimes, we get wrapped up in the ‘tyranny of the urgent,’ forgetting that it’s the long game—one with eternal significance—that truly matters. We stand on the shoulders of giants who dedicated themselves to building the supply chains and services we now rely on, serving as models of integrity and honoring God in all they did. They are the unheralded saints who paved the way for us.
May we join their company—quietly, persistently, and deliberately proclaiming that the Kingdom of God is at hand.

Dear God, thank you for the ordinary saints. May we follow their example.
